The New Training Building β NATI, constructed with an RCC foundation and steel superstructure, has been designed as a modern vocational training facility that supports automotive technical education through a functional and efficient vertical layout. The Ground Floor (+0.60 m, 372 sqm) accommodates the Car Body Workshop, providing dedicated space for hands-on training in vehicle body repair, fabrication, and maintenance. The First Floor (+5.40 m, 372 sqm) contains Classrooms that support theoretical instruction, technical training, and academic activities. The Second Floor (+8.90 m, 372 sqm) houses the Car Painting Workshop, a specialized training area where students gain practical experience in surface preparation, spray painting, finishing techniques, and paint technology using industry-standard equipment. At the top of the building, the Roof Level (+13.00 m, 372 sqm) is designated as a Solar and Green Area, incorporating solar photovoltaic installations and landscaped green spaces that promote renewable energy generation, environmental sustainability, and improved building performance. Overall, the building combines practical workshop facilities, modern learning spaces, and sustainable rooftop features within a compact and efficient structure, creating a comprehensive environment for automotive skills development and technical education.
The Vertical and Horizontal Extension Works, constructed as an RCC structure, have been designed to expand the training and educational capacity of the existing workshop facilities through the addition of specialized training spaces, classrooms, and multipurpose facilities. In the South Building, the Ground Floor Horizontal Extension (+0.60 m, 145 sqm) accommodates an Automotive Workshop dedicated to Engine, Chassis, and Electrical Training, providing practical hands-on learning opportunities in key automotive systems and maintenance techniques. Above this, the Second Floor Vertical Extension (+7.80 m, 435 sqm) contains Classrooms designed to support theoretical instruction, technical education, and training activities, while the Third Floor Vertical Extension (+11.10 m, 435 sqm) provides additional Classrooms, further increasing the institutionβs capacity for academic and vocational training programs. In the North Building, the Second Floor Vertical Extension (+7.80 m, 434 sqm) houses a Multi-Purpose Hall, offering a flexible space suitable for seminars, workshops, meetings, training events, student activities, and institutional gatherings. Overall, these extension works enhance the functionality of the existing campus by integrating practical automotive.
