The building is a modern multi-story facility designed to support academic, research, and administrative activities. The Ground Floor, situated at an elevation of +1.5 meters with an area of 820 sqm, houses the Reception, Lecture Room, and Exhibition Area, providing a welcoming and functional space for visitors and students. The Mezzanine Floor (+4.5 m, 200 sqm) is dedicated to document archiving and storage facilities, ensuring efficient record management. The First Floor (+7.5 m, 656 sqm) accommodates laboratories and a multipurpose hall, supporting practical training and various institutional events. The Second Floor (+11.7 m, 700 sqm) contains specialized facilities, including a Hazardous Laboratory, Chemist Laboratory, and Library, creating an environment conducive to research and learning. The Third Floor (+15.9 m, 608 sqm) features lecture rooms, conference rooms, teachersβ rooms, and the Directorβs office, serving both academic and administrative functions. The Fourth Floor (+20.1 m, 656 sqm) includes a cafeteria and prayer room, providing essential amenities for occupants. The Rooftop Level (+24.3 m, 380 sqm) offers additional open space that can be utilized for maintenance, utility installations, or future development needs. Overall, the building encompasses a well-planned layout that integrates educational, research, administrative, and support facilities within a single structure.
This building is a purpose-built facility designed to accommodate industrial training, research, production activities, and administrative functions. The Basement Floor, located at an elevation of -1.7 meters with an area of 1,295 sqm, is dedicated to parking facilities, ensuring convenient access for staff, students, and visitors. The Ground Floor (+1.5 m, 1,525 sqm) serves as the primary operational area, housing Melt Spinning facilities, laboratories, dyeing and finishing units, knitting sections, and corporate office spaces. This floor supports both practical training and industry-oriented activities. The First Floor (+7.5 m, 870 sqm) continues the Melt Spinning operations and includes specialized facilities such as the IT/CCTV Room, Printing Room, and Evaluation Room, providing essential technological and administrative support. The Second Floor is divided into two levels. At an elevation of +10.0 meters, an area of 191 sqm is allocated for additional Melt Spinning activities. The upper section at +11.7 meters, covering 1,100 sqm, contains lecture rooms, sewing facilities, design studios, and Do-It-Yourself (DIY) workspaces, creating a comprehensive environment for learning, creativity, and skill development. The Third Floor features rooftop spaces dedicated to sustainability and environmental enhancement. Areas at elevations of +14.0 meters (335 sqm) and +16.5 meters (870 sqm) are allocated for rooftop solar installations and greenery, supporting renewable energy generation and promoting an eco-friendly campus environment. The overall design of the building integrates industrial production, technical education, innovation, and sustainable infrastructure, making it a versatile facility for training, research, and industry collaboration.
