Floor wise Building Features

This multi-purpose academic and administrative building has been designed to support teaching, research, student services, and institutional operations through a well-organized vertical layout. The facility incorporates modern learning spaces, laboratories, offices, and sustainable rooftop features to create a comprehensive educational environment. The building begins with two basement levels. Basement-2, located at an elevation of -6.6 meters with an area of 235.5 sqm, accommodates the Water Reservoir and Pump Room, ensuring uninterrupted water supply and utility services. Basement-1, at an elevation of -3.0 meters and covering 235.5 sqm, houses the Generator Room and Parking Area, providing essential backup power and vehicle accommodation. The Ground Floor (+1.3 m, 250.0 sqm) serves as the main entry point and includes the Reception and Lobby Area, offering a welcoming and functional space for visitors and building users. The First Floor (+4.9 m, 199.4 sqm) contains a Leather Laboratory and Office facilities, supporting both practical training and administrative activities. The Second Floor (+8.3 m, 199.4 sqm) and Third Floor (+11.7 m, 199.4 sqm) each feature two classrooms, providing dedicated spaces for academic instruction and training programs. The Fourth Floor (+15.1 m, 199.4 sqm) includes a Meeting Room and Female Common Room, facilitating meetings, collaboration, and student support services. The Fifth Floor (+18.5 m, 199.4 sqm) accommodates Offices, Teachers’ Rooms, and a Library, creating a productive environment for academic staff and learners. The Sixth Floor (+21.9 m, 199.4 sqm) consists of a Computer Room and an additional Classroom, supporting digital learning and technical education. The Seventh Floor (+25.3 m, 208.0 sqm) features a Gallery Room with a seating capacity of approximately 90 persons, making it suitable for seminars, presentations, exhibitions, and special events. Above this, the Roof Level (+29.0 m, 115.0 sqm) provides an open gallery space that can be utilized for gatherings, exhibitions, or recreational purposes. At the highest level, the Stair Top (+32.0 m, 90.0 sqm) is dedicated to sustainability initiatives, incorporating solar panels and a roof garden that contribute to renewable energy generation and environmental enhancement. Overall, the building combines academic, research, administrative, and recreational facilities within a modern and efficient structure, supporting a wide range of educational and institutional activities.
