Ongoing Construction Project
Proposed Gallery
The project includes a total of seven specialized workshop and laboratory facilities, comprising three newly constructed workshops and four renovated training facilities within the existing building, designed to enhance practical skills development and technical education across multiple disciplines. The new facilities include a Cooking Workshop (925 sqm), providing a modern environment for culinary training and food preparation practices; a RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) Workshop (900 sqm), equipped to support hands-on training in cooling systems, HVAC technologies, and maintenance procedures; and an EIM (Electrical Installation and Maintenance) Workshop (900 sqm), dedicated to electrical systems training, installation techniques, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices. The renovated facilities include an Automotive Workshop (475 sqm) with an additional Mezzanine Floor (277 sqm), offering expanded space for vehicle maintenance, engine systems, chassis work, and technical training; a Plumbing Workshop (478 sqm) designed for practical instruction in plumbing systems, pipe installation, and maintenance techniques; a Welding Workshop (215 sqm) providing facilities for metal fabrication, welding processes, and industrial skills development; and an AutoCAD Workshop (416 sqm) equipped to support computer-aided design, drafting, and technical drawing training. Together, these workshops and laboratories create a comprehensive vocational training environment that combines modern equipment, practical learning opportunities, and industry-relevant skill development to prepare students for employment in a wide range of technical and professional sectors.
