This multi-purpose academic and research building has been designed to support advanced laboratory activities, technical education, research, and institutional operations through a well-organized vertical layout. The Basement Level (-3.00 m, 1,250 sqm) accommodates the Generator Room and Parking Area, ensuring reliable backup power supply and convenient vehicle accommodation for building users. The Ground Floor (+1.00 m, 780 sqm) serves as the main access level and includes the Entry Lobby and Substation, providing a welcoming entrance and essential utility infrastructure. Above this, the Mezzanine Floor (+4.00 m, 590 sqm) features an Open Exhibition and Plaza Area, creating a flexible space for exhibitions, displays, academic events, and informal gatherings. The First Floor (+7.30 m, 1,015 sqm) houses specialized laboratories for Dyeing, Printing, Finishing, and Analytical Testing, along with a Discussion Room and an Open Classroom, supporting both practical training and collaborative learning. The Second Floor (+10.60 m, 1,015 sqm) is dedicated to a Central Research Laboratory, providing advanced facilities for research, experimentation, and innovation. The Third Floor (+13.90 m, 1,015 sqm) accommodates four laboratories, expanding the buildingβs capacity for specialized research and technical education. The Fourth Floor (+17.20 m, 1,015 sqm) contains a Textile Design Laboratory and three Classrooms, integrating creative design education with academic instruction. Similarly, the Fifth Floor (+20.50 m, 1,015 sqm) includes an additional Textile Design Laboratory and three Classrooms, further enhancing teaching, training, and design-oriented learning activities. Overall, the building combines modern research laboratories, educational facilities, exhibition spaces, and essential support infrastructure within a functional and efficient structure, creating a comprehensive environment for academic excellence, innovation, and applied research.
