The Kumudini Nursing Academic Building, constructed as an RCC structure, has been designed to provide a comprehensive educational environment that supports nursing education, academic instruction, administrative functions, and student services. The Ground Floor (+0.75 m, 3,970.28 sqm) accommodates a variety of essential facilities, including Office Rooms, Classrooms, a Common Room, Laboratory Rooms, and a Library, creating an integrated space for learning, research, student interaction, and administrative activities. The First Floor (+4.95 m, 4,238.09 sqm) further expands the academic and institutional functions of the building by providing additional Office Rooms, Classrooms, Laboratory Rooms, a Meeting Room, and a Waiting Room, supporting advanced teaching, practical training, faculty activities, and visitor services. At the top of the building, the Roof Level (+8.55 m, 4,561.07 sqm) provides an open rooftop area that may accommodate building services, maintenance access, and future institutional or sustainability-related developments. Overall, the building integrates modern teaching facilities, practical training spaces, administrative offices, and student support amenities within a well-planned and efficient structure, creating a conducive environment for nursing education and professional development.
