Floor Wise Building Features

This multi-purpose academic building has been designed to support teaching, learning, research, faculty activities, student services, and institutional functions through a well-organized vertical layout. The Ground Floor (+0.90 m, 881 sqm) serves as a student-focused space comprising a Common Room, Café Lounge, and Prayer Area, creating a welcoming environment for recreation, social interaction, and spiritual activities. The First Floor (+5.40 m, 802 sqm) accommodates five Classrooms along with an Archive/Store, supporting both academic instruction and institutional storage needs. The Second Floor (+9.00 m, 848 sqm) and Third Floor (+12.60 m, 848 sqm) each contain five Classrooms and a Coordinator Room, providing dedicated spaces for teaching, training, and academic administration. The Fourth Floor (+16.20 m, 852 sqm) is dedicated to specialized learning and research facilities, including an IT Lab, Finance Lab, and Behavioral Lab, supporting practical and technology-driven education. The Fifth Floor (+19.80 m, 864 sqm) houses an Exam Hall and Multifunctional Space, offering flexible accommodation for examinations, academic events, and institutional activities. The Sixth Floor (+23.40 m, 864 sqm) contains eight Presentation Rooms, four Discussion Rooms, and an Innovation Lab, creating a collaborative environment for project work, presentations, research, and innovation-driven learning. The Seventh Floor (+27.00 m, 864 sqm) includes twelve Faculty Rooms, a Conference Room, and a Meeting Room, providing dedicated spaces for academic staff, meetings, and professional collaboration. The Eighth Floor (+30.60 m, 864 sqm) further accommodates twelve Faculty Rooms, a Meeting Room, and a Dining Area, supporting faculty activities and staff welfare. The Ninth Floor (+34.20 m, 814 sqm) features an Auditorium with a seating capacity of approximately 266 persons, making it suitable for seminars, conferences, lectures, cultural programs, and large institutional gatherings. At the top of the building, the Roof Level (+39.00 m, 814 sqm) is dedicated to Solar Panel installations, contributing to renewable energy generation and enhancing the building’s environmental sustainability. Overall, the building integrates academic, administrative, research, collaborative, and recreational facilities within a modern and efficient structure, creating a comprehensive environment for higher education and institutional development.
